Graveside services for John Wayne Braswell, 60, of Smithville, were held Nov. 10 at Mt. Holly Cemetery at noon.  Bro. Michael Hale officiated with burial  following .   
Mr. Braswell passed away Nov 9. He was a self-employed handyman, farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
 He was preceded in death by his parents, George Houston and Hattie Velma Fisher Braswell; brothers, George Thomas, Cordell, Otis B., Gene, Jimmy, and Joe Braswell.
Survivors include a brother, James Braswell of Smithville.
 Pallbearers included Danny Hale, Charlie Barnes,Greg West, Johnny Cantrell, Wayne Reagan, and E.J. Atnip
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
