Mr. Kenneth D. Pedigo, age 86, of McMinnville, died Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

 

He was born July 7, 1930, in Spencer, and was the eighth child of the late William Dexter Pedigo, Sr., who died in 1932, and Nettie Smith Pedigo, who died in 1978.

 

Kenneth served in the National Guard, owned and operated Pedigo Development, and was a member of the Church of Christ at Central. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Verna Dean Barnes Pedigo, sisters Hallie Brown and Evelyn Crouse, brothers Eugene Pedigo, Leonard Pedigo, Frank Pedigo, and William Dexter Pedigo, Jr., and son-in-law Johnny Thomas Taylor, Jr.

 

Survivors include his wife, Myrna Pedigo, children Sylvia Rubley, Angelia Pedigo, and Lydia Taylor, step-children Gwen (Keith) Chisam, Tony (Tish) Lockhart, and Sherry (Duane) Hickey, brother Thomas Pedigo, sister-in-law Mary Gulley Pedigo, grandchildren Aaron Rubley, Seth (Angela) Rubley, and Terrence Crim, step-grandchildren Jeremy (Nicole) Chisam and Jeff (Courtney) Chisam, great-grandchildren Troy Rubley and Rayder Crim, step-great-grandchildren Anaston Chisam, Brayden Chisam, Brynlee Chisam, and Brody Chisam, special friend Deb Rigsby, and several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

 

Graveside service were held Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Salem Cemetery. Carl D. Bouldin officiated with interment following in Salem Cemetery.

 

 

 

McMinnville Funeral Home, was in charge of the arrangements.
