Barnes

Mr. Kevin Christopher Barnes, age 42 died Wednesday, October 7. He was born February 26, 1973, in Smithville, was a truck driver with Weaver Transport, was of the Pentecostal faith, and was preceded in death by father Dairl Vanetta, step-father Tiny Barnes, grandparents Luther and Nelda Barnes and George Barnes.

Survivors include his mother Shirl Barnes, a brother Doug Barnes, grandmother, Betty Barnes all of Smithville, and former wife Christina Barnes of Morrison. Nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends also survive.

Funeral service were held October 12 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Clayton Neal and Bro. Chad McCord will officiate. Interment followed at DeKalb Memorial Gardens in Smithville, TN.
