Kevin D. Tatrow, 57, of 6287 State Street, Garden, Michigan, died November 29, 2016, at his residence in the Village of Garden.

 

He was born May 12, 1959, in Smithville, Tennessee, the son of Robert and Eva Lois (Johnson) and later attended school in Big Bay de Noc and Garden.

 

Kevin was employed as an automotive mechanic throughout much of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

 

Kevin is survived by his loving partner and longtime companion, Debbi Wilson of Garden; his sons, Chris Lattimore of Carthage, TN, and Josh Issac of Smithville, TN; daughters, Kimberly Tatrow of Florida, Kristal Wilson of Wisconsin, and Jenni Wilson of Wisconsin; and special child, “Little Man” Jordan Ansell of Garden;  10 grandchildren; brothers; Gordon “Bucky” (Brenda) Tatrow of Smithville, TN, and Keith Tatrow of Garden; sisters, Laurel (Dennis) Jenkins of Sparta, TN, Shelby (Frank) Lawrence of Smithville, TN, Mary Jo (Corky) Britt of Smithville, TN and Claudia (Tom) Klink of Garden; daughter-in-law, Debbie Tatrow of Garden; many loving nieces and nephews; and his special aunt, Jeneane Thennis of Gladstone.

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Danny Tatrow, James Tatrow, Deborah Tatrow, and Joy Ann Tatrow.

 

A memorial gathering for family and friends was held Friday, December 2 at St. John’s Hall in Garden, Michigan.
