Funeral services for Mary Belle Robinson, 94, of Smithville were held Feb. 5 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Elder Ricky Arnold officiated, with burial following at New Bildad Cemetery.She passed away Feb. 3 at Raintree Manor in McMinnville.She was the daughter of the late Waymon E. and Julia Redmon Young.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, William Phillip Lee; sister, Edith Evans; brothers, Charlie, Winfred, Felix and Ed Young.She was a member of the New Bildad Primitive Baptist Church and worked in housekeeping at the Methodist Publishing House and a retired shirt factory worker.She is survived by two children, Kenneth (Sandra) Lee and Julie VanBommel both of McMinnville; seven grandchildren, Teresa (Greg) Lassiter, Phillip Lee, Andrea, Angelina and Melissa Farley, Joseph and Mari VanBommel; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lillie Mae Lawson and Ethel (Ralph) Arnold both of Smithville; several nieces and nephews also survive.Pallbearers included; Jeff Young, Jason Evans, Joe Arnold, Joe Herman, Greg Lassiter, and Michael Ponder.DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.SMITHVILLE REVIEWSmithville, TNFebruary 19, 2014
