Funeral services for Mattie Sue Vaughn, 84, of McMinnville were held March 1 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Rick Stewart officiated, with burial following at  DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
She passed away Feb. 25 at Raintree Manor.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Vaughn; parents, Hobert and Pauline Cantrell Stewart, two brothers, Paul and George Stewart; three sisters, Florence Keaton, Betty Ruth Maxwell, and Katy Tomlin.
She is survived by one son, Mike (Pam) Vaughn of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Amanda Vaughn of California and Sarah Vaughn of McMinnville; one brother, Sid (Sophie) Stewart of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Pallbearers included; Danny Roller, Mike Atahley, Roy Harris, Mike McClain, Jimmy Vaughn and Billy Vaughn.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
