Michael William Gaus, age 54, of Smithville, passed away August 12, 2017 at NHC HealthCare Center in Smithville.  A graveside service was held August 14, 2017 at Whorton Springs Cemetery. Pastor David McMinn officiated.

 

 

 

He worked in cabinetry and was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in McMinnville. 

 

 

 

Mike is survived by his wife, Annette Rackley Gaus of Smithville; sons, Jason Scott Gaus of Huntsville, AL and Adam William Gaus of Smithville. 

 

 

 

Serving as pallbearers were David Winfree, Jason Gaus, Adam Gaus, Gordon Rackley, Charles Evans and Hunter Keaton

 

 

 

 

 

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, Tn, was in charge of the arrangements.
