Mr. William Michael Jones, age 65 of Smithville passed away Tuesday morning, December 22, 2020 at St. Thomas Hospital West in Nashville. 

Michael was born on February 14, 1955 in Lebanon to his mother, Sally Maynard Jones and his father, the late Troy Jones, Jr. He worked for Omega USA as a Sewing Machine Mechanic and was a member of Spring Street The Baptist Church.

Michael’s wishes were that he be cremated.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie Sue Vaughn Jones of Smithville; sons, Kevin (Deana) Jones of Smithville and Jason Jones (Candace Hollis) of McMinnville, ; grandchildren, Ben Jones, James Tramel, Asa and Asher Jones, Brayden Hollis, Kailey Jones and Issac Magouirk; sister, Cindy Drake of Liberty;  nephew, Troy West.

Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
