Mrs. Audine Turner Pack, age 90, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at her home.

Audine was born on January 23, 1932 in Smithville to her parents, James and Mary Frances Adcock Barnes. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Gentry; son, Jimmy A. Turner; infant daughter- Regina Ann Turner; grandson- Eric Lee Hawkins; two brothers, Aubrey (Cilla) Barnes, Austin and (Maudy Lee) Barnes; and one sister,  Odale (Sterline) Cantrell.

Survivors include her husband, Ernest Junior Pack; two daughters, Judy "Pat" and Gary Mucha; and Treba and Don Hawkins all of Smithville; three grandchildren, Tracy Stanley, Trent and Michelle Hawkins all of Smithville and Megan Danielle Turner of Texas; two great-grandchildren, Eathan Ray Stanley and Faith Deck; sister-in-law, Sue Roberts of McMinnville; special friends- Brenda Caldwell, Elvelyn Young, Donna Knowles, Orthana Young and Dar Womack; special caregiver and friend, Carolyn Dyer of Smithville. 

Funeral service was held Friday, March 18, 2022 from the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Frank Randolph officiated. Burial followed in Jefferson Cemetery.

The family asks that donations please be made to the funeral home to help with burial expenses.
