Pamela W. “Pam” Rogers, 58, of Woodbury, died Sept. 2, at her home. She had suffered a stroke on July 4, 2011.
Pam was born on Dec. 6, 1952 in St. Johnsbury, Vt. Preceding her in death are her father, Wilton Watkins and her brother, David Watkins.
She is survived by her husband, Hank Sitzman of Woodbury; mother, Eleanor Watkins of Woodbury; sister, Melody Watkins; three aunts, Mrs. Blanche Maurice of Stone Mt., Ga., Ms. Lucy Ruggles of Newport News, Va. and Mrs. Marion Skinner of Lancaster, N.H.; four nieces; two nephews; and many cousins.
Ms. Rogers was a professional dog handler. She enjoyed showing and training for competition. She also trained horses and was a member of the Pirelli Natural Horsemanship Club. Pam loved animal and devoted herself to their care and well-being.
A private family service will be held for Ms. Rogers.
Smith Funeral Home, Woodbury, is in charge of the arrangements.
