Funeral services for Nadine Allen Patterson, 100, of Smithville were held Jan. 2 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Jack Patterson and Bro. Gary McBride officiated, with burial following in Jacobs Pillar Cemetery.

She passed away Dec. 30 at NHC of Smithville.

She was a shirt factory worker, and a member of The Baptist Tabernacle for 40 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Fate and Winnie Allen; husband, Olen Patterson; two children, Audrey Summers, and Nell Cantrell; three sisters, Eula Mai Ray, Eursula Walker, and Wilma Allen; three brothers, Clyde, Eddison, and JB Allen.

She is survived by four children, Billie Ann (Sam) Odom, Grady Harold (Sue) Patterson, Jack Ronald (Judy) Patterson all of Smithville, Judy Lane (Buddy) Wade of Florida; 18 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Floyd (Carrie) Allen of Florida; one sister, Betty Sue Allen Babapulle and Bill Gordon of Ohio; son-in-law, Jack Cantrell of Smithville.

Pallbearers included Adam and Buddy Wade, Timmy and Shannon Patterson, Darrell Counts and Mark Summers.
