Funeral services for Patty Trusty, 74, of Nashville were held Sept. 12 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel.  Bro. Michael Hale and Mike Fuson officiated with burial following at Salem Cemetery.
Mrs. Trusty passed away Sept. 9 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Snow Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Trusty was preceded in death by her parents, William Martin and Novie Mason Taylor; husband, Hoyt Trusty; sisters, Carnell Keith, Elizabeth Young and Jo Parton; brothers, James, Solon and Albert Taylor.
She is survived by her children, David (Sherry) Trusty of Kingston Springs, Roger (Janet) Trusty of Goodlettsville, Karen (Arnold) Smith of Nashville, Diane Reese of Greenbriar, Marty Trusty of Nashville and Pamula (Tim) Craig of Joelton; grandchildren, Roger Trusty Jr., Christy Allison, Jason Trusty, Jessica Barber, Crystal Ferrell, Arnold Smith Jr., Brandon Trusty, Marty Trusty Jr., Tyler Trusty, Ashley Trusty and Destiny Craig; great-grandchildren, Jasmine Beamer, jada Allison, Jacob Graves, Brody Ferrell, Cason Barber and Adam Trusty; brother, Doyle Taylor of Smithville;  sister, Barbara Fuson of Nashville.
Serving as pallbearers were Arnold Smith Jr., Brandon Trusty, Jason Trusty, Marty Trusty Jr., Mike Fuson and Shawn Allison.
Roger Trusty Jr. served as a honorary pallbearer.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
