Pauline Frazier, age 89, of Dowelltown, passed away Wednesday March 8, 2023 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

Ms. Pauline was a member of Dry Creek Baptist Church and worked as a Custodian at DeKalb West School for several years.

She was born January 25, 1934 to her parents the late Charlie and Emma Martin Thomas. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters, Rosa Dunn, and Patty Brown Thomas; brothers, Charlie Thomas, JR., and Grady Thomas.

She is survived by husband, Rosco Frazier of Dowelltown; daughters, Wanda Johnston of Manchester, and Linda (Wayne) Bush of Smithville; grandchildren, Derrick (Kristel) Bush of Murfreesboro, James Christopher Johnston of Tullahoma and Olivia Marie (Amanda) Bunch of Wartrace; great-grandchild, Sadie Elaine Bush; sister, Sally Bell Grisham of Gordonsville; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews also survive.

Funeral service was held Saturday March 11, 2023 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial followed in Salem Cemetery.

Pallbearers included TJ Taylor, Noah Hall, Chris Johnson, James Stringer, Derrick Bush, and Wayne Bush.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
