Robinson

Mr. Ray Robinson, age 69, of Smithville passed away at his residence on Thursday evening October 13, 2016.

He was a custodian with DeKalb County Board of Education, was associated with the Baptist Church, and served in the United States Navy.

Mr. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Floyd Robinson and Annie Lee Robinson Taylor; sisters, Sally Judkins and Linda Summers.

There will be no visitation held, family and friends gathered at the cemetery for a graveside service.

Graveside service were held Sunday October 16, 2016 at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.

 Bro. Danny Bandy officiated.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Robinson; special step-daughter and caregiver, Becky Atnip; special friend, Christina Snipes; sister, Freeda Phillips; mother-in-law, Betty Jones; sisters-in-law, Darlene and Ronnie Pollard, and Cheryl and Darrin Barnes; brother-in-law, Tony and Patricia Jones; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members also survive.

.DeKalb Funeral Chapel, was in charge of the arrangements.
