Rebecca Kathleen White Bradley, 85, of Birmingham passed away at home on Monday, April 26, 2021, surrounded by her family and very special caregivers.
She was born October 28, 1935 to Alma Keyt White and Charles Greeley White in Smithville, TN.
Mrs. Bradley had a career in real estate and is a past Vice President of The Assistance League of Birmingham, of which Operation School Bell is the signature philanthropic program. A Life Master of the American Contract Bridge League, she also enjoyed being an accomplished tennis player.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Sue Bowker.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, John Durwood Bradley, Jr., MD; daughters, Suzanne Bradley McCown (Patrick) and Lisa Bradley Tankersley (Donavan); sisters, Faye McCann, Phyllis Sandlin, and Sharon White; brothers William White and Jerry White; granddaughters Olive Freeman and Lila McCown; and grandson Elliot McCown.
The family requests that those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to their favorite charity in Mrs. Bradley’s name.
