Regina Carol Murphy, 45, of Smithville died Monday at St. Thomas Rutherford.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ.

The funeral was held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home.

David Murphy officiated with burial following in the Jennings Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Betty Jean Murphy and a sister, Lois Frances Murphy.

Survivors include two daughters, Natalie Gail Barrett of Smithville and Amber Cheyenne and Michael Caldwell of Smithville. One grandchild, Chevy Mae Sapphire Caldwell of Smithville. Three sisters, Patricia Gail Murphy of Sparta, Betty Darlene Murphy of Smithville, and Susan Charlene Mashburn of Smithville. Seven brothers, Charlie and Teresa Bradford Murphy of Sparta, Audie Ray and Evelyn Murphy of Lenoir City, Billy Glenn and Karen Murphy of Sparta, David Michael and Tammy Murphy of McMinnville, Joel Stephen and Vanessa Murphy of Woodbury, Micah Daniel and Teresa Murphy of Smithville, Samuel Malichi and Miranda Murphy of Woodbury. Special honorary sister: "Sissy" Goolsby of Sparta. Special friend, Timmy Lee Chadwick of Dowelltown.
