Funeral services for Rex Lee Fathera, 46, of Alexandria were held December 8 at the Chapel of Anderson Funeral Home.

Bro. Freddie Curtis officiated with burial following at Hillview Cemetery.

He passed away December 5 at UMC Hospital in Lebanon.

He was a manager for a Distribution Center.

He was born March 30, 1969 in Rutherford County to his parents the late Emmette Fathers and Athlee Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Henry, James, Junior; one sister, Roberta Giles.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Tyria Fathera of Alexandria; son, Dakota Fathera; sister and brother-in-law, Dianna (Fred Earl) Curtis; mother-in-law, Peggy Petty all of Alexandria; special nephew, John (Rachel) Curtis of Mt. Juliet; aunt, Shirley Foutch of Alexandria; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Anderson Funeral Home, Alexandria was in charge of the arrangements.
