Ronnie Mac Davis, age 71, of Smithville passed away Saturday evening at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center.
Ronnie Mac was a self-employed businessman and the owner of Shiney Rock Market. He was a member of the New Union The Baptist Church.
He was born December 28, 1948 to his parents the late Melvin Dolan and Pauline Cope Davis.
He is survived by two sons, Patrick (Tabby) Davis of Smithville, Marty (Dawn) Davis of Smithville; grandchildren, Dillon (Jessica) Davis, Jessie (Nick) Pieper and Grace Davis; and long-time companion, Donnette Pack of Smithville.
Funeral service was held Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bros. Brian Jones and B.J. Thomason officiating. Burial followed in New Union Cemetery.
Pallbearers included Ralph Bogle, Jerry Lee Cantrell, Russell Estes, Mike Adcock, Chris Thomas, Douglas Cantrell and Kenneth Pack. Phillip (Fluty) Cantrell served as an Honorary Pallbearer.
The family asks that donations be made to the Under The Bridge Ministry in Nashville, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice, any of these can be made by calling or coming by the funeral home.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
