Funeral services for Ruby Doris Vaughn, 97, of Smithville, were held Dec. 15 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Bobby Charles Martin officiated with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.   
Ms. Vaughn passed away Dec. 13 at NHC Healthcare, Smithville. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. 
 She was preceded in death by three husbands, Jim Hendrix, Charlie Hawker and Lee Vaughn; parents, John and Martha Arnold; and 22 brothers and sisters.
Ms. Vaughn is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
