A graveside service for Sandra Elaine Joiner Funk, 64, of Alexandria was held March 13 at Prosperity Cemetery with Pastor Jackie Dawson officiating.
Ms. Funk passed away March 12 at her residence. She was born Feb. 12, 1949 in Clearmont, Fla. to the late Lawrence Joiner and Annie Mai Sullivan. She was a homemaker and affiliated with Carthage Full Gospel Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Royce Joiner; and sisters Carolyn Kirkland, Geraldine Joiner and Earline Joiner.
Survivors include her daughter Amanda (Chris) Dolby of Gordonsville; grandchildren Hunter and Elijah Dolby, both of Gordonsville; a brother Lloyd Joiner of Florida; nieces Margaret Sexton of Florida and Teresa Magiolo of Hartsville; and nephews Larry Joiner of Alexandria and Wayne Kirkland of Florida.
Anderson Funeral Home, Alexandria,  was in charge of the arrangements.
