Funeral services for Sarah Frances Culwell Hullett, 79, long-time resident of Centerville and native of DeKalb County, were held July 14 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Bro. Kenneth Clayton and Chaplin Eddie Rogers officiated with burial following in Bonham Cemetery.
Mrs. Hullett passed away July 12 at Life Care Center in Centerville. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leigh Brown and Lera Josie Summers Culwell; husband, Brisco Hullett; children, Thomas David and Gary Lynn Hullett; grandchildren, Brandon Thomas Dee Hullett; brothers and sister, Fermon Brown, Boyd Leigh and Evie May Culwell.
Survivors include her children, Arlene Cookie Hullett of Smithville; Frances Renny (David) Stinson of Bon Aqua; Erbin Brisco (Denise) Hullett of Knox, Ind.; Michael Allen Hullett of Nashville; step-daughter, Rosemary Luna of Wilmington, Del.; grandchildren Jamie R. Ashford, Phillip S. Walls II, Phillip Brisco Hullett, Jennifer Arlene White, Nathan E. Hullett, Jimmy A. Atnip II, Amanda Alexander, Nicholas Cody Walls, John David Hullett, Joshua Dillon Farley and Derrick Stinson; great-grandchildren Renny and John Mason, Matthew, Savanah and Sarah White, Myrle Atnip, Kyle Hullett, Madison Hullett, Daniel Stinson, Kathlyn Hullett, Autumn Alexander and Ashley Hullett; sisters and brother Ocie Marie Arnold, Floyd Lee Culwell, Wanda Fay (Lewis) Cantrell; and a sister-in-law, Linda Culwell.
Pallbearers included Nathan E. Hullett, Jimmy Atnip II, Matthew White, Derrick Stinson, Phillip Walls II and Cody Walls.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were Roger Culwell, David Bain and Tony Culwell.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
