A memorial service for Shelby Jean Davis, age 76, of Liberty was held November 11, 2017 at Liberty United Methodist Church. Bro. Wilson Williams officiated.

Shelby passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital ER.

She was a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church and had worked in garment factory.

She was born December 26, 1940 in Saluda, SC.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one daughter, Betty Ann Harris.

She is survived by her husband, James H. Davis of Liberty; two children; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several friends.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
