Sherry Louise Knight age 62 of Cookeville, passed away Sunday afternoon, October 30, 2016 at Cookeville Regional Hospital.  Sherry was a member of the Heavenly Host Lutheran Church and a tax preparer.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Graham Eschenbach Miller; step-mother, Julia Eschenbach; husband, Joe Knight; son, Corey Paul; sister, Cathy Davis and birth parents, Virginia Kerht and Richard Waggoner.  Survivors include 5 children, Anna (Roy) Goodwin of Rock Island, Ricky Paul (Mikeya Akins) of Mt. Juliet, Bobby (Mindy) Knight of Cookeville, Nathan Knight of Cookeville, and Kimberly Knight of Cookeville; 4 step-sons, Dennis (Lisa) Knight and Joey (Shelia) Knight both of Dodson's Branch, Brett Knight of Nashville and Timothy Alley of Florida; father, Richard Eschenbach of California; 3 brothers, Ted Eschenbach of Alaska, Al Eschenbach of California and Conrad Cassler of Colorado; 24 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren;  Funeral services will be 11:AM Saturday, November 5, 2016 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Rev. Andrew Smith officiating and interment to follow in Dodson Branch Cemetery in Cookeville.  Visitation will be Friday 5:PM until 8:PM and Saturday 9:AM until the time of the service at 11:AM. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
