Gibbs Shirley Ann Gibbs, age 69, of Dowelltown passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital ER. She was born April 28, 1948 to her parents, the late Robert and Virginia Tarr Baker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Georgia Barber and Bonnie Howell and one brother, H.B. Baker. Shirley was a Baptist and a retired shirt factory worker.
