Funeral services for Lucille Parker Smith, 88, of Sparta were held Dec. 13 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. David Teter officiated burial followed in Peeled Chestnut Cemetery.

She passed away Dec. 10 at her residence.

She was retired owner of Lucille’s Restaurant, and was affiliated with Laurel Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Ola Rigsby Cantrell; husbands, Ernest Parker, Scoby Baker, and Meryl Smith; one son, Albert Parker; one brother, Millard Cantrell.

She is survived by two sons, Danny and Cathy Parker, and Lee and Janie Parker; four grandsons, Shannon Parker, Albert and Vickie Parker, Billy and Sabrina Parker all of Sparta, Marty and Annie Parker of Woodbury; 6 great grandchildren, Kalene and Stormy Farley, Devin Duke, Jacob, Jordan, and Braxton Parker of Sparta, and Chris Parker of McMinnville; three sisters, Leta Snodgrass of Sparta, Aline Jones of McMinnville, Kathleen and Donald Cantrell of Nashville; one brother, Willard and Gail Cantrell of Cookeville.

Pallbearers included; Albert, Billy, Jordan, Shannon, Chris, Marty and Jacob Parker, Jeremy Colwell, and Devin Duke.
