Funeral services for Sonya Lynn Foster Sullivan, 44, of Smithville were held Jan. 7 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Mike Clayborn officiated with burial following at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Sullivan passed away Jan. 5 at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a 1987 graduate of Coal City High School in Coal City, Ill. and resided in Smithville for the past 18 years and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter Karie Padgett of Smithville; a son Tyler Fewell of Morris, Ill.; step-daughter Stephanie Fewell Niekirk of Morris, Ill.; parents Joe and Sue Wallace Foster of Smithville; two brothers Dave Foster of Broken Arrow, Okla. and Joe Foster, Jr.
Pallbearers included Cody Beckwith, Dean Beckwith, Roy Agee, Kevin Agee, Matt Presley and Bob Eikey.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville,  was in charge of the arrangements.
