Funeral services for Lois Lee Tubb Spencer, 94, of the Temperance Hall Community were held August 11 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Donnie Spann officiated with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Garden.

She passed away August 9 at NHC Healthcare in Smithville.

She was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Gertrude Williams Tubb.

She was retired from the Methodist Publishing House and a member of the Church of Christ at Temperance Hall, a member of the Red Hat Society and Temperance Hall F>C.E. Club.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Norvel Spencer; brothers, Jack and Joe Tubb; sisters, Lizzie Nixon and Johnnie Spence.

Survivors include sister, Patsy (Wiley Roy) Jones of Liberty; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews also survive.

Pallbearers included: Larry Robinson, Jackie Tubb, Spencer Walden, Joel Howell, Dewayne Prater, and Tom Battan.
