Lowe Tammy Winetta Lowe, age 50, of Woodbury passed away Monday, April 2, 2018 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital. She was a native of DeKalb County. Survivors include her husband, Charles Lowe of Smithville; sister, Beckie Werpecinisky of Smithville; son, Christopher Leon Lowe of Nashville; and niece and nephew, Briley Werpecinisky and Kris Robinson.
