Funeral services for Thelma Christine Adcock, 85, of Smithville were held April 5 at Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Shannon Cantrell officiated, with burial following at New Union Cemetery.She passed away April 2 at DeKalb Community Hospital.She was a retired factory worker, and affliated with Temple Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, James thaniel and Stella Young Adcock.She is survived by one sister, Ola Geneva Knowles; two nieces, Christie and Deborah Knowles; one nephew, Glenn Doyce Knowles; a special friend, Anna Cuellar all of Smithville; several great nieces and nephews also survive.Pallbearers included; Nathan Moore, Justin Moore, Cody Strickland, Von Franklin IV, Curtis Barlow and Henry Smith.Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.SMITHVILLE REVIEWSmithville, TNApril 9, 2014
