Thomas Gray Webb, age 88, of Smithville passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29 at the Webb House Retirement Center.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. He was also a retired teacher of 44 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Benton (TB) and Gladys Gray Webb.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Audrey Turner Webb; special nephew, Brad and Dana Turner; and two special great nephews, Nathan Turner and Jacob and Courtney Turner all of Smithville; brother, Dr. Kenneth and Faye Webb of Pulaski; two nieces, Martha Gray and Alonzo Guess of Nashville, Sarah and Scott Stewart of Pulask; great niece Maggie Guess of Nashville; and a great nephew Webb Stewart of Pulaski.

 Funeral service was held Friday, Nov. 1 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Isaac Gray and Dan Gulley officiated with burial following in Whorton Springs Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were Alanzo Guess, Scott Stewart, Nathan and Jacob Turner, Mike Foster and Alan Webb.

Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
