Timothy Wayne Turner, age 52, of Smithville, passed away Monday morning, December 28, 2020 at his residence.
He was a Baptist and was disabled.
He was born March 25, 1968 to his parents, Kathy Bates Turner Edge and the late Jerry Wayne Turner. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by step-mother, Julia Turner Walker; one brother, Shannon Turner; one sister, Tonya Turner; grandparents, Harlon and Maudie Bates and Oscar and Ella Mae Turner.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela G. Turner of Smithville; four children, Corey (Alisha) Turner of Sparta; Sherry (Joe) Daniels of Smithville; Sabrina (Billy) Parker of Sparta; Sonya (Tojo) Cantrell of Smithville; mother and step-father, Kathy Bates and Ernest H. Edge of Smithville; grandchildren, Ashlynn, Samuel, Gavin and Tobias Turner; Aleisha Skinner, Joe Driver, Jacob and Jordan Parker, Blake and T.J. Mitchell and Aleaha Miller; great-grandchildren, Elliot and Camden Bunch, Ezekiel Skinner, and Piper Driver; brother, Ernest Patrick (Suzanne) Edge of Smithville; step-sisters, Jennifer (Jeff) Keaton of Smithville and Penny Edge; mother-in-law, Rose Knowles of Smithville.
Funeral service was conducted Wednesday December 30, 2020 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating. Burial followed in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers included Justin Skinner, Ben Nolt and Joe Driver.
The family ask that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses, in memory of Tim.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
