The DeKalb West Bulldogs opened the basketball season with a 46-35 win over Woodbury on Nov. 8. DWS outscored Woodbury 12-9 in the first quarter, and held on to a 20-19 lead at the end of the first half. The saints extended their lead to 35-28 in the third, and held the opposition scoreless in the fourth while putting 11 points on the board Levi Driver scored 11 points in the DMS win, while Jathan Willoughby T.J. Alexander put in 10 points each.
