Coach Pitch All-Stars win Pre-State Showdown

The DeKalb Coach-Pitch All-Star team took a win at the Pre-State Showdown in Shelbyville Saturday.

 

On Sunday, July 16, the Coach Pitch All Stars traveled to Shelbyville to participate in the Pre-State Showdown. Through this series of tournaments, the team managed to pick up two big wins against Cannon County and McMinnville to become the champs.

 

They squeaked by Cannon County with a score of 14-13, then defeated McMinnville 11-5, to bring home the prize. These young guys will be representing DeKalb County next weekend at the TYBA State Tournament!
