DeKalb County was well represented at the Tennessee Youth Baseball Association State Tournament last weekend in Murfreesboro. Several teams played some good games, not taking the top spots, but coming close. In the 5-6-year-old division, the DeKalb County Coach Pitch Tigers got their championship bid off right on Friday night with a thrilling 17-16 win over the Shelbyville Bronx Bombers.
