Freshman Ella Van Vranken ran in both the 1600m and 800m races Thursday at the TSSAA State Track Tournament in Rockvale.

DCHS track star Ella VanVranken won the 800 open last week with a time of 2:20.48 and qualified for state on May 25th. Ally Beneke won the high jump with a jump of 5'6" and also qualified for state.
