In what would be the envy of any fast-food franchise, the DMS Lady Saints put some great combos on the pitch Tuesday, shutting out White County 9-0 for the win on eighth-grade night.In addition, Head Coach Justin Nokes was awarded his “Best of the Best” award for being voted the number-one teacher in DeKalb County for the grades 6-8.“I really like our combination play; we had a lot of teamwork tonight. It wasn’t one against 11; we were passing back and forth. We got everybody in which is really good on eighth-grade night,” Nokes said.
