The DeKalb West School Junior Beta Club was in the holiday spirit as students entertained the residents of Webb House Saturday, Dec. 9. After an evening of baking cooking as Christmas presents for the folks there, students gathered around the piano to sing carols.

Sixth-grader Blair Gipe played piano while seventh-grader Kortnee Skeen led the group in four festive songs starting with “Jingle Bells” and followed by “Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer,” “Deck the Halls” and “Silent Night.”

Joining in the Christmas carols were Summer Crook, Aly Griffith, Madison Martin, Cameron Bailey, Brayden Antoniak, Alex Antoniak, Ellie Vaughn, Nathaniel Crook, Makayla Cook, Becca Lawrence, Bonnie Hale, Kolton Slager, Presley Finocchiaro, Karson Smallwood, Ella Hendrixson, and Xavier Parker.
