The recent fall-like weather had some comparing the cool temperatures and clear skies to that of football weather. Well, if anyone looks to the practice fields at DeKalb County High School and DeKalb Middle School, you might catch a glimpse that will put you even more in the mood for the gridiron season.

The DeKalb County Tigers, DeKalb Saints, and DeKalb Junior Pro teams have been on the field the past couple of weeks, getting ready for the upcoming season that begins in August. Teams are beginning training in pads, trying out for vacated positions and readying for what most believe will be a great football year for DeKalb County.
