The DeKalb Senior Tigers wrapped up a three-game stand at home when they hosted the Smith County Owls Saturday morning at Vanhooser Stadium in Smithville, and put a pin in the Owls’ balloon with a 6-0 overtime win. The team from Smith County was undefeated and tied with Overton County for first place in the conference when they came to Smithville. They left in third place, sitting behind the second-place Tigers in the rankings.
