An inmate at the DeKalb County Jail was charged with vandalism last week after urinating on the floor and wall in the courthouse. Joshua Wayne Goff, 35, was first arrested on June 21 for a fourth offense of driving on a suspended license. According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, a deputy on a routine patrol saw a white truck traveling in the middle of the roadway.
