Minor League Machine-pitch games took place on Saturday afternoon at the Little League field.The first game was played by Kilgore’s Restaurant and the Tennessee Credit Redsox. The Redsox dominated Kilgore’s easily defeating them 9-1.In the first inning, Kilgore’s came out the early driving in a run in the opening minutes of the game. The Redsox defense would settle down and end the inning halting Kilgore’s progress.Though the Redsox gave up one run prior to their at bat, they fired back scoring three runs of their own and took the lead.In the second inning, Kilgore’s squad was shut out and did not manage a hit.
