Lady Saints eliminated from state tourney

The DeKalb Middle School Lady Saints were eliminated in the semi-final round of the James C. Haile State Tournament on Jan. 24. The Ladies from DMS were defeated 44-28 by White County Middle School. White outscored DeKalb 11-3 in the first period of play, and led the second period 13-4 to take a 24-10 lead into the locker room at the half.
