On Sept. 16, Overton came to town, and proved to be a tough opponent for the Lady Saints as they beat the DeKalb, 5-3. Even though the Lady Saints took a late 2-1 lead in the second half, DMS’s defense could not hold, as the wildcats scored four more goals. Sarah Starnes, Sophie Hackett, and Corina Mata each had a goal for the Lady Saints in the game.
