On Monday, March 18, the girls were on their home field as they hosted Smith County. It would be a good game for the home team.

Smith County put five runs on the board in the first inning, while the Lady Saints were held to just two. Sophia Adcock got a walk, then scored after a double to center by Maggie Hendrixson. Hendrixson would later come home after a double to center by Liliana Judkins. At the end of one, DMS was down 5-2.

Smith County added three more to the board in the second, while DeKalb was held to one run. Hailey Moore doubled to short, and would later score as Lola Colwell was at bat. The Lady Saints were down 8-3.

It was three up and three down for Smith in the third, then DMS got down to business. Hendrixson singled on a fly to center, then Jerusalem Aldino tripled on a fly to center. Liliana Judkins would walk, then Hannah Tobitt singled to short as Aldino scored. Hailey Moore would also single on a fly to center, and later Lola Colwell doubled on a line drive to right. The Lady Saints had tied the game 8-8.

Again, Smith would go three up, three down, then the Lady Saints began to seal the game shut. Lakelyn Nelson singled on a bunt, then Hendrixson singled on a grounder to right. Aldino doubled on a ground ball to center, then Judkins singled on a fly to left. Later, Moore doubled on a fly to center, then Aubree Fuson tripled on a fly to center. Colwell would then single on a fly to right. The Lady Saints would come away with the 16-8 victory.

The following day, the Lady Saints were on the road, this time taking on Prescott. It would be another good game for DMS.

Prescott would get on the board first, scoring one run at the bottom of the first.

DMS scored at the top of the second after Judkins got a walk. She would steal her way to third, then Moore singled on a fly to short as Judkins came home. Prescott would go three up, three down in the second.

The Lady Saints owned the third inning, scoring four more runs. Lakelyn Nelson walked, then Hendrixson singled on a grounder to second. Aldino would single then Judkins singled on a grounder to right. Tobitt tripled on a grounder to right, then would come home after a single by Moore.

Prescott would score two runs in the third, but DeKalb was up, 5-3.

The Lady Saints sealed their score in the fifth, after a double by Tobitt. Moore then singled on a ground ball to short, then Tobitt came home as Colwell was at bat. Prescott would go three up, three down and DMS took the 6-3 win.

The following Thursday, the Lady Saints would be back at home, this time taking on Macon County. Adcock, Hendrixson, Aldino, Young, and Tobitt would each score in the first inning, but Macon turned out to be too much.

Nelson would add one more point for the Lady Saints in the fifth inning, but Macon would come away with the 12-6 win.
