The DCHS Lady Tigers won their season opener against The Chattanooga Christian Lady Patriots Friday night in a 70-39 contest. The Lady Tigers led scored 20 points in the first period, while the Lady Patriots answered with four, and after outscoring the team from Chattanooga 22-11 in the second, the Lady Tigers took a 42-15 lead into half time. DeKalb increased their lead to 57-28 in the third, and outpaced the competition 13-11 in the fourth to take the win.
