After many months of preparation, the DeKalb County Youth Soccer League has a new home for recreational soccer in DeKalb County.An April 16 dedication was made to the fields adjacent to Northside Elementary on Congress Boulevard. Recognition was made to key partners in the youth soccer and fields project: Shiroki North America Inc., Mike Foster DeKalb County Executive, DeKalb County Commissioners, Mark Willoughby Director of Schools, Board of education members, Gail Redmon principal of Northside Elementary, DeKalb Youth Soccer Board Members and the many volunteers who have assisted in the large and small way to make this dream a reality.There are over 300 team players for the DeKalb County Youth Soccer League.
