The DeKalb Junior Pro Peewee Tigers traveled to Livingston last Sunday after their regularly scheduled game on Saturday was rained out. There, the young offense took an impressive shutout win against the Overton County Outlaws.The Peewee Tigers’ offense came away with 262 yards in the match, with four touchdowns, while the defense only allowed 86 yards and forced two turnovers.With a turnover on the Outlaws’ third play from scrimmage, DeKalb mounted a six-play drive from Overton’s 35-yard line, ending with a three-yard touchdown run by Ryan Thompson. With a failed PAT, the Tigers took the lead 6-0.The Outlaws’ next possession would take the game into the second quarter with Overton down to DeKalb’s 36-yard line.
