DeKalb Oranges short stop, Lee Randolph, catches a pop-up for an easy out in a game with DeKalb Blue.

The DeKalb Senior League had some nail-biting action on Tuesday, July 2, with one team making a big comeback late in the game. 
DeKalb Blue played the doubleheader that evening, first facing DeKalb Orange in what would be a very exciting game. 
For DeKalb Blue, Seth Whaley got a walk, while Conner Pruitt had two walks. Austin Brown and Joe Driver each had a single and a walk, with Caleb Stanley getting a single and three walks. Jacob Self hit a single, while Christian Pruitt hit a single and a triple. 
Dylan Stover, Brady Hughes, Zack Roberts, and Zack Stover each had a walk for DeKalb Orange, while Josh Hembree and Derek Fish each hit a single. Jacob Washer had a single and a walk, and Lee Randolph hit three singles in the game. 
DeKalb Orange held the lead 7-0 going into the bottom of the fifth inning when Blue tied the game. After going into extra innings, DeKalb Blue pulled out the win, defeating DeKalb Orange 9-8. 
In the second game of the evening, DeKalb Blue faced off with DeKalb Green. Both teams went into the game with only one loss.
For DeKalb Green, Paxton Butler had a walk, and Andrew Cornelius had two walks. Ty Curtis got on base after being hit by a pitch, while Lane Poss hit a single.  Noah Parsley had a double and a walk. 
The pitching for DeKalb Green fell apart during the game, giving Blue 15 walks. Nick and Austin Agee each had a walk, while Austin Brown, Seth Whaley, Conner Pruitt, and Caleb Stanley each had two walks. Christian Pruitt had a single and a walk, while Jacob Self recorded a single and two walks. Joe Driver hit a double in the game and had two walks. 
The pitching woes sealed the deal for DeKalb Green, with Blue taking the win, 10-6.
