Co-ed softball at Bill Page Ball Park continued last week, with boys and girls six years and up competing on Monday and Tuesday, with the Thursday night game being postponed until a later date due to a wet field.June 13Pokeys Bail Bond-3Webb House-11Webb House handed Pokeys an 11-3 loss on June 13, in an error free defensive game on both sides.For Pokeys’ offensive effort, Tiffany Fish dropped a single in and batted a run across the plate, Morgan Pedigo and Kelsey Eller hit a single each, Tyler Ludwig hit a double and scored once, and Kimberly Bilbrey sacrificed for an RBI.Haley Lawson and Morgan Mullican both swatted singles and scored once each for Pokeys.Tyler Monette hit a single and crossed the plate once for Webb House, and Shauna Taylor hit two doubles, scored once and batted a run across.Josie Culwell and Hannah Green pounded two doubles each and scored twice, Taylor Monette singled three times, doubled, batted in four runners and scored once, and Kayla Stanley singled twice and scored twice.Stephanie Rackley contributed a double and a triple to the Webb House offensive effort, scoring twice and getting four RBIs in the process, Robert Davidson hit a double and got an RBI on the scorecard, and Alli Emme put two singles through.June 13A-Plus-16El Rancho-3A-Plus Heating and Cooling came out on top in a 16-3 game with El Rancho Mexican Restaraunt on Monday night.A-Plus committed five defensive errors, while El Rancho had three errors in the contest.Offensively for A-Plus, Morgan Page, Lauren Colwell, Johnna Roller and Christina Stephens hit singles and scored once each, Katie Hall singled twice, hit a double and scored twice, and Braxton Howell hit a double, a home run, and scored twice with two RBIs.Lauren Adcock smacked a single, a triple, and batted a run in, Jacob Williams took a base on balls, singled, and hit a home run, scoring twice and getting two RBIs.Caitlyn Walls hit a double, a single, scored twice, and batted two runs in, Dakota Waggoner hit a single, reached base on an error, and scored twice, and Skylar Davis pounded out a single, a triple, and a home run, scoring once and batting in four runs.At the plate for El Rancho, Lindsey Taylor reached base on an error and scored, Abby Caldwell hit two singles and scored twice, and Jessica Ball hit a single, a double, and batted one in.June 13Day Star Carpentry-10Los Lobos-11Also on June 13, Los Lobos Mini Mexican squeaked by Day Star Carpentry with an 11-10 score.Day Star committed two errors in the game, compared to eight for Los Lobos.Kenzi Gibson doubled and scored once for Los Lobos, Dylan Roller hit two home runs, a single, scored twice and got three RBIs, Johnna Roller walked once, reached on an error, and scored twice, and Devin Thomas hit a single, a triple, batted in a run, and scored twice.Taylor Baumgard hit two singles and scored twice, Randy Hansard blasted a grand slam, Destiny Thomas hit a home run, two doubles, a single, scored once, and batted two runners across.Kristina Tyree, Mica Knight and Ashton Waggoner hit a single each for Day Star, Courtney Bunch smacked two base hits, scoring once, and Jacob Bandy got on base with a single and scored.Tanisha Bandy hit two singles and scored twice, Jody Lattimore singled, homered, and scored twice, and Brittany Nokes hit a single and a triple, scoring once and batting three runs in.Tyler Murphy doubled and scored once, and Richard Bunch scored after reaching on a base hit.June 14Turners-7Bennetts-2Turners Auto Parts bested Bennetts Logging in a 7-2 game on Tuesday night at Bill Page.Braya Murphy and Madison Whitehead went 2 for 2 at bat for Turners, hitting two singles and scoring twice each, Kelly Roberts tripled twice and scored both times, Jade England scored after taking a base on balls, and Madison Rackley scored a run after reaching first base on an error.Offensively for Bennetts, Haley Carroll scored after taking a walk, Joni Robinson hit a home run, Jade Butcher slapped two singles, and Jade Butcher got one base hit.June 14Los Lobos-4A-Plus-19Los Lobos lost to A-Plus, 19-4 on Tuesday night .Kenzi Gibson singled and scored once for Los Lobos, Dylan Roller smacked a double and a home run, scored twice, and batted three in, Chelsea Cantrell got a base hit, and Devin Thomas hit a home run and a double, got two RBIs, and scored twice.
