The Electric Car class of the ATV races saw some future racing stars take to the track during the opening event.

The DeKalb County Fair hosted ATV and motorcycle racing on Wednesday evening with some participants from all age groups. 
The event was started off by some exciting racing by some very young drivers.  In the Electric Car class, racers made their way around the track in their toy vehicles.  Baylee Killian, Haylee Killian, Maddux Pyburn, Bryson Johnson, Matthew Blankenship, and Danica Collier were all winners in the race.  In the Electric Car Modified class, Bryson Johnson took the top spot.
In the ATV 50cc Modified class for ages three to eight years old, Carly Norrand came in first place, followed by Olivia Kelley in second and Chase Bogle in third.
Tyler Fox came in first in the 60cc Motorcycle class for seven-11 years old. Gracie Caldwell came in second.
For ATV 80-90 class for six-15 years old, Bradley McBride took first place, while Carly Norrad came in second.
Collin Norrad was first in the ATV 80-90 Modified class for eight-15 years old. Hunter Upchurch took second place, with Bradley McBride coming in third, and Bryson Slagle taking fourth.
In the ATV 71-125cc class, Hunter Upchurch, Cody Roberts, Olivia Kelley, Ashton Allen, Collin Norrand, and Bradley McBride were all listed as winners.
Shane Poston took the top spot in the Motorcycle 250cc class, with Jonathon Denton coming in second place. 
In the ATV Blaster class, Zachary Davis came in first, Collin Norrand was second, Bradley McBride third, and Daniel Goodwin took fourth.
For the ATV 250-400cc 4-stroke class, Jesse Davis took first place, with Morgan Young getting second, and Mariech Norrand coming in third. 
Adam Clendenor came in first place in the Motorcycle 251 Open, with Dustin McCurry taking second place. 
In the ATV Open 4-stroke class, Jeremy Holtzlaw took the top spot, while in the ATV Open, Charles Harris came in first and Tim Parrish took second. 
Adam Clendenon came in first in the Class 24 Motorcycle race, with Dustin McCurry getting second place and Shane Poston taking third.
